Refund Policy

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Here is how refunds work.

Unused packs

If you have not used any words from a pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Email us from the address you paid with and include your credit code.

Used packs

Once any words from a pack have been used, the pack cannot be refunded.

If something went wrong

• If a rewrite failed or took words without giving you a result, tell us and we will put the words back on your code.
• If you were charged twice, or received the wrong pack, we will fix it or refund the difference.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When a pack is refunded, its credit code stops working.

Please email us first. We can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute.
