By using the site or the tool, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. ## 1. What the service does Remove AI Tells scans text for patterns common in AI writing and can rewrite it so it reads more naturally. Scanning is free. AI rewrites include a free daily allowance, and longer Enhanced rewrites use credits you buy. We may change features, limits, prices, or the AI models we use at any time. Prices you already paid do not change. ## 2. Who can use it You must be at least 13 years old to use Remove AI Tells. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, and a parent or guardian must make any purchase. ## 3. Your text You keep ownership of the text you paste and the rewrites you get back. You give us permission to process that text only so we can provide the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any text you submit. Our [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy/) explains how that text is handled. ## 4. Use it honestly The tool edits wording. You decide how the result is used, and you are responsible for following the rules of your school, employer, publisher, or platform. If those rules do not allow AI help for a piece of work, do not use this tool for it. You also agree not to: - use the service to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, or impersonate a real person; - get around the free limits, for example by rotating identities or automating requests; - scrape the site, attack it, or try to reach parts of it you are not meant to reach; - resell access to the service or its output as your own rewriting service. We may block access or cancel codes that are used to break these terms. ## 5. No promises about AI detectors AI detectors disagree with each other and change often. We do not promise that any text will pass a particular detector or be judged human by anyone. AI rewrites can also contain mistakes, so read the result before you use it. ## 6. Credits - Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews. - Credits are counted in words and are used for Enhanced rewrites. They do not expire while the service is running. - Credits live on a credit code, not an account. Anyone who has the code can use it, so keep it private. - If you lose your code, use "Forgot your code?" in the tool and we will email it to the address you paid with. - Credits have no cash value and cannot be sold or exchanged for money. - Free or promotional codes may carry extra limits that we tell you about when you get them. - If we ever close the service, we will post notice on the site at least 30 days in advance. ## 7. Payment and taxes Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may act as the seller of record and will add any sales tax that applies. Prices are in US dollars. ## 8. Refunds See our [Refund Policy](/refund-policy/). ## 9. Availability We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be slow or unavailable, including when our AI provider has an outage. ## 10. Disclaimer The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ## 11. Limitation of liability To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost grades, jobs, income, or data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. ## 12. Promotions and free credits We sometimes give free credits through promo codes, giveaways and the [Earn Free Words](/earn-free-words/) program. Each promotion may have its own rules, which are part of these terms. Free credits have no cash value, cannot be sold or exchanged for money, and can be cancelled if they were obtained by breaking these terms or the promotion's rules, including by using bots, fake accounts, or bought likes or shares. Promo codes can have use limits and expiry dates and may be turned off at any time. ## 13. Indemnification To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend and hold harmless The Streamer Agency LLC and its officers, employees and partners from any third-party claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your content or posts, or your breach of these terms. ## 14. Time limit for claims To the extent the law allows, any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service must be filed within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred. ## 15. Changes to these terms We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms. ## 16. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where The Streamer Agency LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. ## 17.
