# Refund Policy

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Here is how refunds work.

## Unused packs

If you have not used any words from a pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Email us from the address you paid with and include your credit code.

## Used packs

Once any words from a pack have been used, the pack cannot be refunded.

## If something went wrong

- If a rewrite failed or took words without giving you a result, tell us and we will put the words back on your code.

- If you were charged twice, or received the wrong pack, we will fix it or refund the difference.

## How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When a pack is refunded, its credit code stops working.

## Before you dispute a charge

Please email us first. We can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute.
