## Lost your credit code?

You do not need to email us. Open [the tool](/#tool), choose Enhanced, click "Forgot your code?", and enter the email you paid with. We will send your codes to that address.

## Refunds

Include the email you paid with and your credit code. The [Refund Policy](/refund-policy/) explains what can be refunded.

## Something not working?

Tell us what you pasted (or roughly how long it was), which mode you used, and what happened. A screenshot helps.
